Return and Refund Policy with Amazon

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Our products are sold through Amazon, ensuring you benefit from Amazon’s reliable shipping services and secure transaction protection.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund transaction.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Amazon for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to request a replacement. You can also contact us to address the issue.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, you can contact Amazon to return your product. In general, returned items must be in their original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

For cases of buyer’s remorse, such as when a customer purchases the wrong product, finds it unsuitable, or no longer needs it, you can also contact Amazon to return the item.
